What will participating as a teacher in Project SAMA involve?

It will involve giving consent to be a participant in Project SAMA. You can get involved as much or as little as you like.

In Year 1, you will be invited to online focus groups with other teachers so that we can produce interventions together that reflect your needs and preferences, as well as those of young people.

In Year 2, you will be invited to take part in some of the interventions, especially the teacher training intervention. We will provide you with all the information you need to help you decide if you would like to take part.

Sources of Support

Project SAMA is a research project and does not offer any direct therapy to any of its participants however, all participating people in Project SAMA will be provided with a support sheet containing local and national sources of support.
