SAMA Network for Professionals
The SAMA Professional Network is a research community focused on raising a case for evidence-based research on adolescent well-being in Indian schools.
The Network will share evidence and resources on the importance of evidence-based practices for adolescent well-being in schools. The Network brings people together from different sectors, including local government , district workers who support education, NGOs, and other community members or voluntary sectors, to address some of the key challenges in relation to evidence-based school emotional well-being research across low-and middle-income countries.
The Network will examine key challenges, including:

How do we implement effective promotion of evidence based emotional well-being interventions at scale in a school setting within a low-middle income country?

How do we target known protective and / or risk factors / maintenance to promote positive emotional adolescent well-being in schools?
03.
How do we effectively deliver / implement interventions at scale (in a way that is accessible and promotes the continuation of the intervention’s effectiveness)?
04.
How can we Reach and engage teachers and parents in research on adolescent well-being?
05.
How can we amplify and accommodate the views of voices of young people to impact policy and influence societal shifts?
